Jack Kooreman
Jack is presently the pastor of Grace Christian Reformed Church in downtown Grand Rapids, MI. He began his time at Grace in August 2004. Prior to that, Jack served as Minister of Outreach at Church of the Servant also in Grand Rapids. He has worked as an attorney, teacher, and writer. He assists Alternative Directions in its Community Outreach. He is active in striving for social justice, serving with the “Restorative Justice Coalition” and as a leader in Grand Rapids, church based community organizing.
This website was initially put together in the simple hope that it would assist in recruiting Calvin College students for the January NYC Interim course in Urban Missions. It has helped to do that. This has been a fun project that will be expanded upon in the next months and years. Thanks for visiting and enjoy.
